We understand things happen, but to respect everyone’s time, your appointment will still end at the scheduled time if you’re late, and you will be charged in full. Please try to arrive on time so we can make the most of your session together!

If you arrive early and see the "In Session" sign, it means we’re wrapping up another appointment. Feel free to have a seat, and we’ll be with you shortly.

To ensure a relaxing experience, we kindly ask that you silence your phone and avoid using it during your treatment. This way, you can fully enjoy your time with us.

While we love kids and pets, for safety reasons, we cannot accommodate them in the studio. Please leave them at home so you can enjoy this special time for yourself. (Service animals are, of course, welcome!)

Street parking is usually available on both sides of Pine Street. Additionally, there are two free parking lots nearby on 1st Street.

If you can't find a convenient appointment time, please get in touch with us. We’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule and find a time that works for you.

We are available by appointment only, and the best way to schedule is through our online booking system. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate walk-ins.

Yes, a valid credit card is required to hold all appointments.

To avoid charges, please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled services, while no-shows will be charged the full amount.

Yes, you’ll fill out the intake form when you arrive for your first appointment. This helps us understand your needs and provide the best possible care.
